Distributors of.
General Conditions
- Eligibility: By entering into a business relationship with us, you confirm that you
are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Amendments: The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any
time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
Orders and Quotes
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve
the right to refuse any order for any valid reason.
- Quotes: Quotes provided by the Company are valid for a specified period as
mentioned in the quote. Return, refund, and exchange policies are also specified in the quotes.
Prices and Payment
- Pricing: Prices can only be retrieved via “Quotations” by Authorised Personnel.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable by the Client shall be the price in
effect at the time the order is accepted.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms are as specified in the invoice or as agreed upon in
writing by both parties. Under Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act we are mandated to release and
receive payments as MSME vendors within 45 days. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The
Company will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
- Shipping Costs: The Client is responsible for all shipping costs, unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing or as quotation.
Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
- Policy: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the terms outlined in the
individual quotes provided by authorised personnel.
- Authorized Returns: Only returns authorized by the Company will be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Offers and Promotions
- Validity: Only offers provided by authorized technicians of Millstores Corporation
are valid.
- Right to Deem Illegitimate: The Company holds the right to deem any or all offers
illegitimate under various circumstances.
Warranty and Liability
- Warranty: Products and services may come with a warranty as specified in the
individual product/service agreement.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the
goods or services provided. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.
Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information
shared during the course of business confidential and not disclose it to any third party without
prior written consent.
Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a
result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural
disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution,
insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation.
